I will check with the Zada people and see what they have, sounds like there is a good solution over there. I would prefer a CANBUS connection as I already have an output run from my Motec, but an alternative might be to just tap into the O2 sensors in parallel with their connection to the Motec...I assume they just sense voltage so ought to be able to feed both the Zada and then Motec without issue. May have to research that point for a bit.

This is, partially, what I did. I have standalone AEM O2 controllers. These output a ~5v signal. I run this in to my ECU to control fuel, but I also tee off of this and run them into the Zada Tech gauge. You can tap into a voltage output like this, typically, without issue, but you can't tap into a resistance sensor, e.g. most temperature sensors.
Zada Tech gauges can accept CAN bus inputs also. From the CAN bus you can display any variable that the ECU can output.
