Many years ago a friend of mine was a K-9 officer and kept his dog at home. He left to do some errands and some local low life broke in through a window and his wife was home alone with the dog. The dog bit the intruder over 100 times before he got home to call the dog off. She said the man was screaming the entire time. She told him don't break into houses and you won't get bit. He was a good doggy!
