Like many cool old British cars, they are just a hobby vehicle for people that like to tinker on them to make them run.
When I was out in desert of Joshua Tree national park the place was really cool to see, as long as I had a car and a cooler with water with me.
When I took that, I had driven to one overview area and I had not seen anyone else for 30 minutes, and it was 20 minutes more before I saw another vehicle. I thought about it as I walked over to my 38 year old car with 190,000 miles on it. It was really nice to have German engineering all working and keeping a big smile on face as I drove.
