That part would be regular, (RH), thread and just possibly very tight. What makes you think that the leak is there?
I'm in the middle of rebuilding an old Snap-on floor jack right now. I kind of set it aside for a minute because of other more pressing projects in the shop. I watched a YouTube video that showed how to reseal the whole hydraulic pump, which you have to remove from the jack. That part is not difficult, it's just those bolts on the side near the rear.
Getting that little pump part loose was a bear but impact is the secret. I did not use my impact gun, (didn't have the right socket), I simply put a huge box end wrench on it and hit it with a BFH and it came loose.
