I like to do one L'Eroica ride some day. I don't have shoes with cleats anymore. Throw 'em all out. Modern shoe are too thick (with 10 speed drive cleats) and find it very difficult to just kick the quit and flip the pedal and enter the cage. Being strapped in is a must for me on any ride.
