If anyone wants to discuss the Diamond Contractor "program" advertised by Mitsubishi I can do that. I'm not feeling it. I think it is just the state of the residential industry - do subpar work and get the customer to accept it. Of course there are professional excellent techs out there - I don't know how one finds them. I found so many mistakes at this point. Probably more I don't know of.
