As pictured this rare JNF Porsche Tin Car
" Made in Germany US ZONE A " term used after WWII until 1955, It is in nice complete Original condition. It is wind up but I do not have the key. The key goes in the rear left quarter panel hole, a small square clock key will work. Believe to be a rare silver color. . No windows and the hood and doors do not open. A little over 8" long. The rubber tires are very good condition. The dial in the front bumper steers the wheels. A very unique early porsche toy car collectible.
JNF was founded in 1920 by Joseph Neuhierl in Fürth, Germany. The Company name, JNF, is formed out of the first letters of his name and the town of Fürth. In WWII, the Company had to produce for warfare, like many other toy Companies. In 1945, the US Army therefore confiscated all production facilities. Production at the JNF facility started again in 1947. - circa 1945-1955.
