This doesn't seem to be an inflammatory problem. However, I had a particularly active days yesterday and did not wear a brace to sleep. I did change my mattress to something different. I use a pillow at my knees. Today the problem is there if I bend my knee. So it has become passive.
Yes, rest will quiet it down. So will not getting down on the ground. That's sounds easy enough until you realize that weeding and many things require getting on your knees. I don't have one of those garden carts and I don't plan on getting one. I'll use a 5 gallon bucket if it comes to that.
One more week to see where this goes and if it's too annoying I'll see a sawbones.
