Sell it as is with full disclosure.

Any buyer will have to go through the car either themselves (or with their mechanic) and the ability to make decisions about what to repair/replace, etc… and to decide how it’s done is a huge benefit

Do they want a stock clutch, a lightweight pressure plate, etc… you may not be doing the next buyer, or yourself any favors by making a decision that perhaps they want to make.
