I tweaked my back last Thur wrestling a tree out of the plastic pot for planting.... knew it the second I did it too
. My table has been disassembled, hanging in my garage and stored in a closet... finally struggled to get it together after daze of barely able to move ... you guys with REAL back problems have my sympathy.
After five minutes upside down last night .... it's a new week
!
I still have more trees to plant tho'.... in sandrock
...
Just not today
Tip: Keep yer inversion table handy ... I wouldn't take a thousand bucks for mine right now.... not even two grand!
