I just finished installing H4 lights w/Sucro relays and I'm having trouble adjusting them. The two adjustment screws don't seem to adjust the beams as I would have expected. I covered one while trying to adjust the other but I can't seem to aim either one high enough.

Tightening the upper screw seems to bring the light up to a point, then doesn't do anything. Loosening the upper screw seems to de-focus the beam?! Did I turn it too much?? I adjusted them back and forth so much I can't tell. I was probably in too much of a hurry as the first time I turned them on one was high beam, one was low (*!#@) so I had to correct that first. I wish they came with some sort of instructions.
