You have the Bosch H4 lamp assemblies, right?

If so, remove the assembly and inspect the adjustment screws and interface 'buffer' [section of rubber tubing] between adjustment screw tab and the reflector housing. Screws can be bent, tabs can slip out of the rubber, and the rubber can be cracked or missing!
