I grew up with Lake Ontario as our backyard. I’ve lived on the ocean on Long Island. I’ve lived as an adult on a large bay with beautiful views, bald eagles etc. the last 11 years I’ve lived on a little city lot with no view. If there is anything of real value to me as an adult, it is to not have neighbors. I would be totally happy living in a forest with the nearest neighbor miles away. I hate living in a neighborhood. I would be willing to pay a premium for that, a view not so much anymore. ……now a view and no neighbors, that would be great if I win the lottery.
