I'm not sure I could add anything to Warren's wisdom (no surprises there, Warren is super-guru, and I'm just nubly little...), but I didn't understand at all how I could move my headlights around with just two screws until I actually opened the thing up and looked. There's actually a third adjusting screw that doesn't adjust -- it's fixed in place, and may be pulling out when you push back too far with the other two. What I found worked was to pull out the whole assembly, eyeball it into place, then install it and fine tune from there. Also discovered a broken rubber doodad ("buffer", as Warren refers to it) while I was in there. Pull the lights, let us know what you find.
