JOB! If they aren't used to being pharmacists, CVS needs to fire them, and then be fined for allowing incompetent, untrained staff to administer drugs.
You don't expect to take your car into service, have it totally botched, and pass it off as, "Oh, the guy who changed your oil isn't used to working on cars."
