No “halos” for me with the multi focal lenses. Effect was immediate. We have a long view across a golf course and the afternoon of the procedure I kept sitting there putting my hand over one eye and then the other, marveling at the difference. What used to look like a blob of trees in the distance was all individual trees with the “good” eye. The Dr told me once I had the first one done, I wouldn’t want to wait the 2 weeks for the second one and he was right. I also have been taking eye drops for pre glaucoma (pressure in the eyes) for years. During the cataract procedure, he put in little drains to reduce pressure (paid for by Medicare). Pressure is down too. Best money I ever spent. Wonder when they’ll come up with something so I don’t have to wear hearing aids!
