^^^yup, exactly ^^^. Offset rack in bushings mounts would only affect steering wheel centering, that's it. No question it's fixed now, but I would seriously question their honesty and ability race cars or not. With something like this, and I I've run into situations like these over the decades, is after you rule out tire pull, you put it back on the rack and check all the angles - it's that simple. The car will tell you what's wrong......
