Speed, limtit. A truck might be doing the speed limit in the HOV, but in reality the speed in a HOV lane that is moving OK, not at rush hour, for all practical purposes, is 80. Now I for sure don't want a box van doing 80 or even 70 in front of me or next to me.
That's why I care.
