I use about twice that amount of propane yearly. There are four other places on my road and myself that the natural gas line doesn't pass. (only 1/4 mile from the existing line)
Last year, they gave all five of us an estimate for hook-up. It was a little over $6K for each...and only if all five of us signed up.
Needless to say...no natural gas here yet. (I might do it if the rest agreed.)
