Even those are non-stop .... calls, texts, and US mail.

I reckon it works for some .... but an instant "turn off" and will never work on me.

Since we bought our place in the country, I've started getting texts from folks that want to buy our property that they think has no buildings and is not lived on. I think they are all "legit" in that they are businesses that want to buy property, although I think they would try to low ball us and we're not interested in selling right now, so I just always block them.
