(fwiw, I used the Eastwood rust encapsulater direct on lightly rusted undercarriage and rust peeked through a year later. A little disappointed and not the cheapest of products. Maybe I didn't top coat well enough. Something more concentrated like a brush-on followed by zinc primer might last longer.)
