Experts, I am new to this thread, Need help on my engine Stamp on my ROW. (Japan, imported via the UK)
The car is an 78 SC RS/R Homage,
the engine stamp on fan support states:
930/25
No stars that I can see: 6181993
also there is some stamp on the under site near the oil pile:
J6/911.107.041.00
stamp under the engine stated 830 101 104 5R
I am not sure if the engine was replaced in Japan or the UK

I have a letter of ORIGIN for the VIN 9118309552 from Porsche UK, that states original engine was 6180055 and gearbox 7180855. Both engine and gearbox replaced with 3.2 and G50. Car was originally Red now Black.
I have plenty of history on the car from the service book but its all in Japanese going back to 1978. would like more info on the replacement Engine and Gearbox.
