You're kidding me - Winter Issues

So I realize that Porsche don't really factor winter in when building vehicles (no remote start, no block heater) - See video below, but come on! We had a freezing rain what turned to snow, the first of the year.
So it was about 7" of snow with a sheet of ice on the Macan, so I brushed it off and scraped the windows and Headlights (with a Plastic Porsche scraper BTW), and I just saw my headlights today and they are scraped up massively.

I thought it was just dirt but nope, scrape marks on the headlight covers; I'm pissed

Sure I can buff them off, but I shouldn't have to they should be made to take a scrape from a plastic scraper?! God forbid a rock ever hits them...

Here's last year's very cold morning video: https://youtube.com/shorts/e5H3Vr5SkMY?si=x8vkAo2bKJgGR8R7

Come on Porsche do better...Rant off
