If you're talking about the all caps. The only restriction that I've run into on the board is that if you quote something and the ONLY text that you type (outside of the quote) is all caps, then the board will de-captilize your text.
For instance, if someone posts something, then you can't quote them and type "ROFLMAO" without it coming out like "roflmao". But if you type "I'm ROFLMAO" it's fine because the "m" is lower case. You've got to have at least one lowercase letter in a post to have the rest be all caps.
