I was using a ~10 year old version of Office on my old PC, and when I got rid of it, I rebuilt it and gave it to one of our kids with the same old version of Office on it. They are still using it. My new computer has a newer version, 2019, but that's about to be 4-5 years old, which is still at least middle-aged in computer years.
