My Nephew gave me his old HF lift, it sort of worked when in the mood. i finally cut the old jack out and installed a HF air over.
Works great and is a very simple job.
I wish I had done it way way sooner as it is a lot of knee action to raise a full-grown Harley up!
This air over takes about 30 seconds!
Delete this 
and install this, pretty simple -a nice air over hydraulic action.
