The dent repair was not $41k but the factory repair was because the driver's rear metal wrapped to the customer's door (over the roof). Probably costs that Craigster mentioned are in that total. That guy is good that does the pulling and the glue tool kit is $4k retail online.
I'll bet paintless dent removal was $5k at least but he could have gotten away with $15k. Somewhere in the middle?
