Bumper plug question

I bought a 2015 981 from a state/province that required front plates. The paint is all original, with 8 year old PPF that I want to replace over the winter.

I also had an idea that while I am doing that, maybe I should try a color change wrap to racing green.

If I do the wrap, I am wondering if there is a way to fill the plate holes, that is reversible - meaning that if I remove the wrap, the plugs go back in. I don't want to repaint the bumper.

So the question - is there product that I could use that would be smooth under the wrap without sanding? or should I just wrap the plugs?

Opinions welcome
