Thanks Guys. It's actually a day or so of work, so I'll do it outside with a good breeze blowing. I've done much the same project before outside in the wind and didn't feel ill. I have a nice new workshop, which would be excellent for this sort of thing haha, but I'll still do it outside.

And thanks re handlebar chroming. I may look for aftermarket handlebars that look much the same.
