This is somewhat true in my household. I'll tell the wife something that I heard and then I'll get 20 questions that I don't know the answer to. I just told her what I know.

The worst is when I get "Can you call _____ and ask about _____?" So I call and ask about ____, but then after I give her the answer of the thing that she asked me to ask about, I get 50 other questions from her about other details. I didn't get those details, you didn't ask me to get all of that other stuff. I may even have asked 2-3 of my own questions triggered by the answer that I got, but rarely are the details that I think were needed the same as the details that she thinks were needed.
