For those who didn't view the auction site....this is the work that was done on this bike by Kaplan's staff to get it ready for auction:

OEM Right Handlebar Switch Assembly

New RK Gold 530 Final Drive Chain

Set Tire Pressures

Complete 100% Check Over

Hot Water Pressure Washed, Polished & Degreased

Polished Hardware, Wheels, Forks, Controls, Fenders

Buffed Paint, Touched Up Engine, Etc.

I suspect the bike didn't have a key which is why they changed out the gas cap and ignition.

As stated earlier, the 2 mirrors and front turn signals are after market and I will end up swapping those out for stock versions.

In the video it is mentioned it has two new Dunlop tires but I don't see that listed in the above list so we'll see when it arrives.

I absolutely love the fact the fuel system was thoroughly gone through. The new grips and chain as well.

I can't wait to see if it will feel like my first VFR - the yellow '87 I bought back in the 90's....
