This is the truth. I warned them and even asked for customer retention. They said pound sand. So I went with Frontier. No less than the 3rd day hooked up with F S called.
I said, "So you want me to rip out what was just installed (fiber) 72 hours ago? I just hung up. I have no idea who runs that company but I don't care.
DTV did me the same after 12 years. I guess they don't take the threat of leaving seriously. Gotta be the percentages I guess. Anyway, I'd hook up a string to a tin can before going back to Spectrum.
Wireless is the future. Just waiting for them to get their game tight.
