It was fun while it lasted, we made our $ and got the heck out of compton . No more cleanig up needles, fixing bullet holes in front doors , getting stiffed on rents from junkies, evictions, sawed off shotguns etc.
Spent every winter weekend in these neighborhoods for 15 some years fixing up dilapitdated old houses . I learned a lot .
