Got the new draft inducer exhaust vent motor installed. Not a big deal even if you've never done any HVAC work before. Nice to be able to get this in 2 days from Amazon too!
I need to make a HD run tomorrow though and see if I can pick up a new duct connector piece as my old one has some metal deterioration. I have some gorilla tape on it for now but won't be running the furnace until I replace it with the new duct section, which hopefully they will have.
And yes I know I have the inside piece on the outside - it's OK I'm replacing the whole thing anyway....
