A big thank you to whoever serviced my truck before I bought it.
When I bought it, it had 120,000 on it, and one of the rear shocks was covered with oil. They were both sort of rusty, so I figured they might be original. They weren't. They've been replaced, and whoever did it put anti-seize on the bolts, and everything came apart like it was brand new. I had both changed out in nothing flat. No hammers, no torches, no trying to cut the old bolts. Now the weird thing is, both still have gas pressure, even the one that was leaking. I'll have to take a trip and see if the ride is any better.
