This past Monday, I brought it to my master metal man. He removed the front bumper and gas tank and cut out the front suspension pan.















Beyond the rust around the cover mounting area, slight rust perforation was seen in several areas. The will be addressed as well.

Yep, been there, done that. Wasn't too bad but not fun either. When will Ol Smokey be up and running again?
