I've been buying / fixing projects my whole life and paid my way through college rebuilding damaged cars/motorcycles so you are right about me loving projects!

The beautiful thing about getting something that needs major work (or updating if we are talking about the house) is the price you end up paying to add value. After the remodel, we'll be all in less than a house down the street just sold for needing all the same or more work. I was able to leverage a good deal when the market took a pause last year.

I also have a YT channel where I document some of the builds, so I would argue my garage is full of content
