Pulling the ac relay, heater relay and the fuel pump relay will eliminate any possible problems from the starter terminal 50 circuit. At that point apply power and check for 12 volts at the disconnected starter terminal 50 wire with ignition switch to start position. If no 12 volts work your way back to through each connector to the ignition switch terminal 50.
