The part is by made by Wheels mfg; they're the go-to for replacement hangers. I'd use a FLBS but this isn't a part that any shop would stock, It's a special order. (And my whole point with this post was to note - as you did - that there is a huge discrepancy in the cost of shipping, so be advised!

I had to replace a spoke. $11 each for direct replacement.
