Go to Marketplace and search for IPT TV Subscription.
You will need decent internet, an IP TV box, and access to one of the hundreds of websites that serve the market. You stream through the IP TV box. (Look for Formuler on Amazon)
I do not
think it's illegal to stream. It is illegal to download and save.
