Speaking from one dentite to another- I think there are a handful of patients that would even remotely come close to this. And he isn't even a patient.
I have literally had patients who are on Jerry Springer, and gotten arrested a day later.
This is even closer.
I used to laugh in the face of bipolar. Not so much any more.
Keeping door locked is a first good step.
