A bark collar or sonic wall device will kelp with the barking. Some even have sprays.One neighbor finally got rid of their big agressive yapper which probably imploded on them. Another is on her second. A third couple is trying to figure it all out. I'm sure it's louder inside.
Other than that, tall fences make great neighbors. A nod and a wave and be on your way.
