The hardest part was getting the old ones out. Need a really secure table with a vise or a shop press.

I welded up a few tools to make removal easier. Took about 2 hours total to do both.

Grease wise, I couldn't find a definate answer. I don't think its overly important as to type, because the bearing is teflon lined. Technically, the manufacture states there is no grease needed on the bearing surface.
