That island: Most of it deforested when there could be fruit and agriculture. The entire thing criss-crossed with a tight grid of curvy roads everywhere. I guess they must like auto-x or something? Totally pointless. All the buildings in the center, when there could be some nice cottages with beach views along the coast. The marina doesn't have a nearby dry dock building to store over winter. Just why.
