I remember parking next to one of those in 1974 in my new 914 2.0. Our front tires were both at the curb stop, and my rear bumper came to his back doors, and he had a lot of overhang in the front.

A pioneer of computer programming, Hopper devised the theory of machine-independent programming languages. The FLOW-MATIC programming language she created using this theory was later extended to create COBOL, an early high-level programming language still in use today.
