10K motor
25k interior
30k bodywork and paint
10k suspension, brakes, clutch, etc.
If you are going to pay Porsche Classic Factory Restoration to do everything for you, those numbers might be right,
But if you can turn a phillips screwdriver and a 10mm socket, and put in good-used parts, it would cost a FRACTION of that (I did it to a '74 coupe, still have it)

This car will be a good project. I just don't have the time to do it (or I would do it again).

This is my 1974 2.7, I have had it since 1986.
