When you have blood work done, what’s your vitamin D level?
I take 15,000 units a day. Have the blessings of a doctor to do so.
My suggestion would be to have your blood tested and keep your vitamin D level at/and above 50 ng/mL. Vitamin D toxicity is pretty rare, your vitamin D level in your blood would typically be several times that before you have problems.
Taking vitamin K helps your body make vitamin D.
