...that someone posted in our local Nextdoor... very inventive:
1. A "scout" shows up at a house that appears to have package(s) with no one home... puts fake food delivery sack on the porch and steps back and pretends to take the proof of delivery photo. When no one comes to the door, she looks down the street (could be a signal to the pirate)... then picks up the bag and leaves.
Of course if someone does come to the door, they'll tell her she's got the wrong house and she can make her getaway. Then she texts the pirate not to come.
2. Pirate shows up to get the goods if the coast is clear.
