Piriformis
So I’ve self-diagnosed with piriformis syndrome since I started back on the treadmill a few days a week.
It's no fun at all to have, and it’s aggravating my (old) plantar fasciitis on that side.
I've found I’m slouching - moving my hips forward - or sitting on one side to deal with the discomfort.
Getting old sucks.
Anyone have any tips for stuff that helped? I’m going to start the stretches that I found online, and I bought one of those massage guns from Amazon. Anything else?
