Hiring it done is actually not a bad way to go. I mean a pest control company has to give
some kind of guarantee that they can do the job and keep coming around as needed. Some are really aggressive like removing all loose blown in attic insulation which is a lot of money. I'm sure that's one way to do it but not the only way.
